Sign-In and 2FA Issues

Check the following:

  1. You are using the official website.
  2. The username or email is correct.
  3. Caps Lock is not causing an incorrect password.
  4. The browser is not autofilling an old password.
  5. Account registration was completed.
  6. The network connection is stable.

If you still cannot sign in, use Reset Password.

Use the Reset Password page. After creating a new password, you must still enter a 2FA Authentication Code if Two-Factor Authentication is enabled.

Try the following:

  • Check Spam or Junk.
  • Confirm that the email address is correct.
  • Wait a few minutes.
  • Do not request the code repeatedly in a short period.
  • Check whether the mailbox is full.
  • Contact Customer Support if the code still does not arrive.

Common causes include:

  • The previous code has expired.
  • The wrong account entry was selected in the Authenticator App.
  • The phone time is incorrect.
  • An old Authenticator device is being used.
  • The 2FA setup changed after Two-Factor Authentication was configured again.

Enable automatic date and time on the phone, wait for the next code, and try again.

If you still have a Recovery Code, use it to sign in and then configure Two-Factor Authentication again.

If you lost both 2FA access and all Recovery Codes, contact Customer Support. Manual recovery may require additional account verification.

  1. Change the password immediately if you can still sign in.
  2. Review Two-Factor Authentication.
  3. Check for an unknown linked Telegram account.
  4. Review Balance History and withdrawal activity.
  5. Contact Customer Support and clearly mark the request as urgent.
  • Do not send your password to anyone.
  • Do not send a Verification Code or 2FA Authentication Code.
  • Do not send a Recovery Code.
  • Do not enter information on an unknown link.
  • Do not ask another person to sign in on your behalf.
