Finance

The Finance section is where you manage all money movements in your BrokerIG account. Here, you can check your USDT balance, deposit funds, withdraw to a personal wallet, review deposit and withdrawal history, and reconcile every balance change generated by investment activity.

If you are new to BrokerIG, think of Finance as your account ledger. Whenever you deposit USDT, withdraw USDT, place a direct investment, receive a profitable investment payout, join an entrusted investment campaign, or receive a reward, your balance changes and the event is recorded in your history.

The Finance section normally contains the following pages:

PageWhat is it used for?
USDT Wallet and BalanceView your Total Balance and Available Balance, and understand which activities use your balance.
Deposit USDTGet a deposit address, select the ETH or BSC network, and deposit USDT into your account.
Withdraw USDTTransfer USDT from your BrokerIG account to an external personal wallet.
Deposit and Withdrawal HistoryReview submitted deposits and withdrawals, processing status, network, and TxHash.
Balance HistoryReconcile every balance change caused by deposits, withdrawals, investments, campaigns, commissions, or rewards.
Balance Change TypesUnderstand each event type that increases or decreases your balance.

Before investing, you should know where your funds are, how much is available, and when your balance changes. Understanding Finance helps you:

  1. Use the correct token and network. BrokerIG focuses on USDT on two primary networks: Ethereum (ERC-20 / ETH) and BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20 / BSC). Sending through the wrong network or sending the wrong token may prevent the funds from being credited.
  2. Manage funds before investing. Your USDT balance is used for direct investment, joining entrusted investment campaigns, and may affect your account level.
  3. Withdraw securely. A withdrawal requires the correct wallet address, the correct network, OTP or 2FA verification, and a final review before confirmation.
  4. Reconcile unexpected changes. If your balance changes and you do not know why, check Balance History before contacting Support.

If this is your first time using the account, follow this order:

  1. Open USDT Wallet and Balance and check your current balance.
  2. Open Deposit USDT and select the ETH or BSC network.
  3. Copy the correct deposit address or scan the QR code.
  4. Transfer USDT from your personal wallet or external exchange to the provided address.
  5. Wait for the transaction to receive the required blockchain confirmations.
  6. Check Deposit and Withdrawal History for the deposit status.
  7. Check Balance History to confirm that your balance increased.
  8. Once you have an Available Balance, you can place direct investments or join entrusted investment campaigns.

Primary deposit and withdrawal networks: ETH and BSC

Section titled “Primary deposit and withdrawal networks: ETH and BSC”

BrokerIG supports USDT on two commonly used networks:

NetworkCommon namesWhen should you use it?
EthereumETH, ERC-20Use this when the sending wallet or exchange uses USDT on ERC-20. Network fees may be higher depending on current network conditions.
BNB Smart ChainBSC, BEP-20Use this when the sending wallet or exchange uses USDT on BEP-20. Network fees are often lower, but you must still verify them before sending.

The most important rule is that the sending network and receiving network must match. If you select a BSC deposit address on BrokerIG, the external wallet must also send USDT through BSC/BEP-20. If you select ETH/ERC-20, the sending wallet must use ETH/ERC-20.

Your USDT balance is not only used for investments; it may also determine your account level. When your balance reaches a configured threshold, your account may move to a higher level and receive a better profit rate for certain direct-investment pairs.
