This page explains common terms used throughout BrokerIG.

Frequently used terms
Section titled “Frequently used terms”| Term | Short definition |

| Referral Code | A code used during registration to connect a new account to the correct referral network. |
| Balance | The amount recorded in your account. |
| USDT | The asset used for deposits, withdrawals, and investment flows in the current documentation. |
| ETH / ERC-20 | The Ethereum network used for USDT transfers when supported. |
| BSC / BEP-20 | The BNB Smart Chain network used for USDT transfers when supported. |
| Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) | A second authentication layer using a code from an Authenticator App. |
| Recovery Code | A backup code used when you cannot access your 2FA device. |
| Demo mode | A practice mode that does not use real funds. |
| Real mode | A mode that uses the real Account Balance. |
| Bullish | A prediction that the session result will move upward. |
| Bearish | A prediction that the session result will move downward. |
| Investment Session | A direct-investment session, normally displayed in HH:mm UTC. |
| Invest line | The placement deadline for an Investment Session. |
| Finish line | The time when an Investment Session ends and the result is settled. |
| Consultant | An approved user who creates and manages entrusted investment campaigns. |
| Campaign | An entrusted investment program with a defined duration, capital requirement, strategy, commission structure, and conditions. |
| Agency Partner | A partner who develops a member network. |
| F1 | A user who registered directly with your Referral Code. |
