The amount recorded in your BrokerIG account.

Depending on the page, the interface may display Total Balance, Available Balance, or a pending amount.

A stablecoin used in the deposit, withdrawal, and investment flows described in the current documentation.

A transfer of USDT into your BrokerIG account.

A transfer of USDT from BrokerIG to an external wallet or exchange account.

The Ethereum network used for USDT transfers when supported by the portal.

The sending and receiving networks must both use ERC-20.

The BNB Smart Chain network used for USDT transfers when supported by the portal.

The sending and receiving networks must both use BEP-20.

A blockchain transaction hash. It uniquely identifies an on-chain transaction and is used to check its status on a blockchain explorer or reconcile it with Support.

The wallet address displayed by BrokerIG for receiving a deposit on the selected network.

Always copy the address directly from your own account.

A function used when an on-chain deposit is confirmed, but the amount has not been credited to your BrokerIG balance.

A valid TxHash is normally required.

A Balance History entry that records why the balance changed, such as a Deposit, Withdrawal, Invest, refund, commission, or reward.

A balance event created when a withdrawal fails and the previously deducted amount is returned to the account.

A transfer between internal accounts or wallets when this feature is supported.

A reward that has been recorded but may not yet be available in the Available Balance.

A fee associated with processing a blockchain withdrawal.

Review the Network Fee, You Will Receive, and Total Deducted from Balance before confirming a withdrawal.
