Consultant Agreement
This Agreement applies to a user who applies to become a Consultant on BrokerIG.
By submitting the Consultant application form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the responsibilities below.
1. Consultant role
Section titled “1. Consultant role”A Consultant may create, publish, and manage Entrusted Investment campaigns after approval by BrokerIG.
In this role, you are responsible for clearly presenting the strategy, risk level, campaign duration, Required Investment, commissions, and other material information so that users can make their own assessment before joining.
2. Commitment to accurate information
Section titled “2. Commitment to accurate information”When applying and managing a campaign, you agree to:
- Provide accurate personal information, experience, and Supporting Documents.
- Not exaggerate your qualifications, historical performance, or ability to generate profit.
- Not use a title, certification, or license unless you are authorized to use it.
- Update information when a material change affects the campaign or participants.
3. Campaign responsibilities
Section titled “3. Campaign responsibilities”You are responsible for campaigns you create or manage, including:
- Developing a strategy consistent with the published description.
- Managing risk within the campaign scope.
- Monitoring campaign performance and status.
- Not changing operations in a way that disadvantages participants without an appropriate notification mechanism.
- Not concealing information that may affect a user’s decision.
If a campaign includes a target or profit commitment, you understand that this information may directly affect client expectations. You are responsible for managing the campaign carefully, transparently, and consistently with the published information.
4. No misleading profit guarantees
Section titled “4. No misleading profit guarantees”You must not:
- Guarantee profit unless a clear guarantee mechanism exists and is approved by BrokerIG.
- Use past results to claim that future results are certain.
- Conceal the possibility of loss or capital risk.
- Suggest that BrokerIG guarantees your individual performance.
All campaign communications must clearly state that investment involves risk and that users must make their own assessment before joining.
5. Communications and client support
Section titled “5. Communications and client support”When communicating with users, you must:
- Use clear and verifiable information.
- Avoid pressure, inducement, or unbalanced information.
- Never request a password, Verification Code, 2FA code, Recovery Code, private key, or seed phrase.
- Direct users to the documentation, Terms of Use, and Risk Warning before joining a campaign.
6. Fees, commissions, and related benefits
Section titled “6. Fees, commissions, and related benefits”Consultant commissions, profit sharing, and related benefits are subject to current policy, campaign structure, and BrokerIG approval.
You must clearly disclose fees or commissions when they affect participant interests.
7. Review, suspension, or revocation
Section titled “7. Review, suspension, or revocation”BrokerIG may review your profile, request additional information, suspend your role, or revoke Consultant status when:
- Application information is inaccurate.
- A campaign is misleading or shows signs of abuse.
- Communications misrepresent profit, risk, or BrokerIG’s role.
- You violate the Terms of Use, partner policy, or applicable law.
8. Application confirmation
Section titled “8. Application confirmation”The Consultant application may use the following confirmation:
I agree to the Consultant Agreement and understand that I am responsible for managing campaigns, fulfilling published commitments, and protecting the lawful interests of clients.
