Agency Partnership Agreement
This Agreement applies to a user or organization applying to become an Agency Partner on BrokerIG.
By submitting the Agency application form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the responsibilities below.
1. Agency Partner role
Section titled “1. Agency Partner role”The Agency Partner role is intended for a person or organization that wants to develop a user network, introduce the platform, and help new users access BrokerIG correctly.
An Agency Partner may participate in referrals, communications, onboarding support, and network-performance monitoring under policies approved by BrokerIG.
2. Commitment to accurate information
Section titled “2. Commitment to accurate information”When applying as an Agency Partner, you agree to:
- Provide accurate agency, contact-person, business, or community information.
- Describe business size, experience, Marketing Channels, and Target Audience honestly.
- Not impersonate BrokerIG or claim to be an official operating entity without authorization.
- Not use materials, logos, images, or content that conflict with brand policy.
3. Responsibilities when referring users
Section titled “3. Responsibilities when referring users”When developing a network, you must:
- Introduce the platform honestly, fairly, and without misleading claims.
- Encourage users to read the Terms of Use, Risk Warning, and deposit and withdrawal guides before using real funds.
- Not promise guaranteed profit, fixed income, or unsupported investment results.
- Never request passwords, Verification Codes, 2FA codes, Recovery Codes, private keys, or seed phrases.
- Not create accounts on behalf of users when doing so would misrepresent information or violate policy.
4. Marketing and communications
Section titled “4. Marketing and communications”All marketing activity must comply with applicable law and BrokerIG policy.
You must not:
- Send spam, engage in fraud, or use coercive messaging.
- Misrepresent products, profit, commissions, or risk.
- Use fabricated screenshots, false income evidence, or unverifiable claims.
- Operate an unlawful multi-level marketing or recruitment structure.
5. Commissions and partner benefits
Section titled “5. Commissions and partner benefits”Agency commissions, revenue sharing, and partner benefits are subject to current policy, activity performance, network structure, and BrokerIG approval.
BrokerIG may change commission policy from time to time. Changes may apply by period, user group, or specific conditions published in the platform.
6. Supporting network users
Section titled “6. Supporting network users”An Agency Partner should help new users understand basic processes such as registration, account security, deposits, withdrawals, documentation, and contacting Customer Support.
However, the Agency Partner must not independently handle account-verification matters, security credentials, blockchain transactions, or financial disputes without proper authorization.
7. Review, suspension, or revocation
Section titled “7. Review, suspension, or revocation”BrokerIG may review the application, request additional information, suspend the role, or revoke Agency Partner status when:
- Application information is inaccurate.
- Referral activity is misleading or abusive.
- Commission, referral, or communications policies are violated.
- User-sensitive information is collected improperly.
- An unlawful or prohibited business model is operated.
8. Application confirmation
Section titled “8. Application confirmation”The Agency application may use the following confirmation:
