This document describes important risks associated with using BrokerIG.

Read it carefully before depositing USDT, using Real mode, participating in Direct Investment, joining an Entrusted Investment campaign, or using the partner program.

1. Digital-asset risk

USDT and related digital assets may be affected by:

Market volatility.
Liquidity risk.
Blockchain-network risk.
Network congestion.
Increasing transaction fees.
Incorrect wallet addresses.
Transfers through the wrong network or with the wrong token.
Changes in law or regulation.

Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible.

2. Deposit and withdrawal risk

You are responsible for verifying the correct:

Token.
Network.
Address.
Amount.
Memo or tag, when applicable.
Fee and blockchain status.

Using the wrong network or address may result in permanent loss or make recovery extremely difficult.

3. Direct-Investment risk

Short-session Direct Investment is high risk.

Depending on the product mechanism, you may lose the entire Investment Amount for one investment or session.

Risk factors include:

Rapid price movement.
Decisions made under time pressure.
Selecting the wrong Bullish or Bearish direction.
Selecting the wrong Investment Session.
Placing too close to the Invest line.
Delayed network or real-time data.
Increasing capital to recover losses.
Using Real mode without first understanding Demo mode.

Demo mode does not fully reproduce the psychological pressure of using real funds.

4. Entrusted-Investment risk

When joining an Entrusted Investment campaign, you allocate capital under the campaign conditions.

Risks may include:

The campaign does not achieve the expected result.
The Consultant makes unsuitable decisions.
The campaign duration locks or restricts access to capital.
Commissions reduce Net Profit.
Historical metrics do not guarantee future results.
Campaign information or conditions may change under applicable policy.

5. Consultant and Agency Partner risk

A user who applies as a Consultant or Agency Partner may assume additional responsibilities:

Providing accurate information.
Avoiding false or misleading promotion.
Not making unsupported profit commitments.
Not operating an unlawful structure.
Not collecting user security credentials.
Complying with platform policies and applicable law.

6. Referral and commission risk

Commissions may depend on:

Current policy.
Settlement cycles.
Account status.
Downstream-member activity.
F1 allocation rates.
User role.
Laws and regulations in the relevant jurisdiction.

Commission is not guaranteed income.

7. Technical risk

The platform may be affected by:

Loss of Internet connectivity.
Browser errors.
Device errors.
Delayed real-time data.
System maintenance.
Third-party failures.
Blockchain incidents.
Display or cache issues.

Review history pages and contact Support when data does not match your expectations.

8. Security risk

You may experience loss if you:

Use a weak password.
Do not enable Two-Factor Authentication.
Lose Recovery Codes.
Share Verification Codes or 2FA codes.
Open a phishing link.
Link a fake Telegram bot.
Use a public or insecure device.

BrokerIG never needs your password, Verification Code, 2FA Authentication Code, or Recovery Code.

9. No profit guarantee

Nothing in the documentation, Dashboard, Analytics, Order Book, campaigns, or notifications should be interpreted as a profit guarantee.

You are responsible for your decision to use the platform.

10. How to reduce risk

Practice in Demo mode first.
Use a small Investment Amount when beginning.
Enable Two-Factor Authentication.
Store Recovery Codes securely.
Verify the network and address before deposits or withdrawals.
Do not use the full Account Balance for one investment.
Do not increase capital to recover losses.
Read Campaign Details before joining.
Contact Customer Support when data appears abnormal.
