USDT Deposit and Withdrawal Issues

A USDT deposit has not updated the balance

If you transferred USDT but the balance has not updated:

  1. Check the TxHash on the appropriate blockchain explorer.
  2. Confirm that the transaction has received the required confirmations.
  3. Confirm that the correct network was used: ETH/ERC-20 or BSC/BEP-20, when supported by the portal.
  4. Confirm that the token was USDT.
  5. Confirm that the Deposit Address matches the address displayed in your account.
  6. Allow additional time if the blockchain is congested.
  7. Use Claim Missing Deposit when available.
  8. Contact Customer Support if the deposit is still not recorded.

Information required for Claim Missing Deposit

Prepare:

  • Account email.
  • Deposit network.
  • USDT amount.
  • TxHash.
  • Sending address.
  • Deposit Address displayed in the portal.
  • Transfer time.
  • Transaction screenshot, when available.

Check:

  • The status in Deposit and Withdrawal History.
  • Whether email or 2FA verification was completed.
  • Whether the Withdrawal Address is correct.
  • Whether the withdrawal network is correct.
  • Whether a security notice or manual review is pending.
  • Whether the blockchain network is congested.

If the request remains Processing beyond the expected time, contact Customer Support and include the request ID or a screenshot.

When a withdrawal fails, the system may return the deducted amount to the Account Balance, depending on the status.

Check:

  • Deposit and Withdrawal History.
  • Balance History.
  • A Withdrawal Failed - Refunded entry.
  • Telegram or email notifications.

Recovery depends on the system and the exact transfer mistake.

Do not send another transfer in an attempt to correct the first one. Contact Customer Support and provide the complete TxHash.

If the balance does not match:

  1. Open Balance History.
  2. Filter by the relevant time.
  3. Review Deposit, Withdrawal, Invest, Reward, and Commission entries.
  4. Compare them with Deposit and Withdrawal History and Direct Investment History.
  5. Take a screenshot before contacting Support.
