These Terms govern access to and use of the BrokerIG website, app, portal, and related services.

By creating an account, signing in, or using the services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use.

1. Scope

These Terms apply to:

The BrokerIG website and app.
User accounts.
Registration through a Referral Code.
Wallet and balance features.
USDT deposits and withdrawals.
Direct Investment.
Entrusted Investment.
Consultants, Agency Partners, and partner programs.
Notifications, Telegram Bot, and Customer Support.
Other documents, content, or features provided by BrokerIG.

2. Eligibility

You should use the platform only if you:

Have full legal capacity under applicable law.
Are permitted to use the services in your country or region of residence.
Are not subject to applicable prohibitions, restrictions, or sanctions.
Provide accurate information during registration.
Accept responsibility for your own financial and investment decisions.

BrokerIG may refuse, restrict, suspend, or terminate an account when a violation is identified.

3. Account and security

You are responsible for protecting:

Your username or email.
Your password.
One-Time Passwords or Verification Codes.
2FA Authentication Codes.
Recovery Codes.
Devices used to sign in.
Linked Telegram accounts.

You must not share sign-in credentials with another person. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password and contact Support immediately.

4. Referral Codes and network activity

A new account may be required to register through a Referral Code.

Referral activity must be honest, must not be misleading, must not contain false advertising, and must not be used to operate an unlawful business or recruitment structure.

Any commissions, revenue sharing, or rewards are subject to the current BrokerIG policy.

5. Wallet, USDT deposits, and withdrawals

You are responsible for verifying the correct:

Token.
Blockchain network.
Deposit or Withdrawal Address.
Amount.
Applicable fee.
Transaction status.

Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. If you use the wrong network, token, or address, recovery may be limited or impossible.

6. Direct Investment

Direct Investment involves the risk of losing capital. Demo mode is for practice only; Real mode uses the real Account Balance.

You are responsible for:

The selected Market Pair.
The selected Investment Session.
The Investment Amount.
The Bullish or Bearish direction.
The decision to participate or not participate.

BrokerIG does not guarantee any result, profit, or success rate.

7. Entrusted Investment

Entrusted Investment allows a user to join a campaign created by a Consultant.

Before joining, carefully review:

Campaign duration.
Required Investment.
The Consultant.
Strategy.
Commission structure.
Risk information.
Checkout or campaign-completion conditions.

Past results do not guarantee future performance.

8. Consultants and Agency Partners

A user who wants to become a Consultant or Agency Partner must submit an application and wait for approval.

BrokerIG may reject an application, request additional information, suspend a role, or revoke a role when a policy violation is identified.

Consultants and Agency Partners must not:

Make false profit commitments.
Impersonate BrokerIG.
Mislead users.
Collect passwords, Verification Codes, 2FA codes, Recovery Codes, private keys, or seed phrases.
Operate an unlawful business or recruitment model.

9. Content is not investment advice

All documents, charts, statistics, Order Book data, analytics, campaigns, notifications, and other platform content are provided for informational and platform-use purposes.

They are not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

10. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

Use the platform for unlawful purposes.
Manipulate Referral Codes, commissions, or rewards.
Attack, scan, exploit, interfere with, or damage the platform.
Use multiple accounts to abuse a policy or benefit.
Provide false or misleading information.
Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion.
Manipulate price data, orders, campaigns, or balances.
Send fraudulent, harmful, or spam content to other users.

11. Suspension and termination

BrokerIG may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account when:

There is evidence of a Terms violation.
Legal or risk-management requirements apply.
Fraud, abuse, or unusual activity is detected.
The user does not complete required verification.
The service is no longer offered in the relevant region.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BrokerIG is not responsible for:

Losses resulting from your investment decisions.
Blockchain transactions sent to the wrong address, network, or token.
Problems caused by devices, browsers, networks, or third parties.
Losses caused by sharing passwords, Verification Codes, 2FA codes, or Recovery Codes.
Force majeure events.
Rapid changes in market prices or data.

13. Changes to these Terms

BrokerIG may update these Terms of Use from time to time. A new version takes effect on the date it is published or on the Effective Date stated in the document.

Continuing to use the services after the Terms change may be treated as acceptance of the updated version.
