Account Levels and Profit Rates

Your account level is an important factor when using direct investment on BrokerIG.

A higher level may provide a better Profit Rate on certain market pairs. This is why a market card may display different values for Your rate and Max.

Account-level progress card on Dashboard
The account-level progress card shows the current balance, Current Level, Next Level, and the additional balance required for an upgrade.

The account level is determined by your USDT Account Balance.

When your balance reaches a configured threshold, the account may be assigned to the corresponding level. Higher levels may provide additional platform benefits, including better Profit Rates on certain direct-investment pairs.

LevelLevel nameMinimum USDT balance
1New0 USDT
2Standard10 USDT
3Gold5,000 USDT
4VIP20,000 USDT
5Prestige50,000 USDT

New is the default level when an account is created or when its balance has not reached the Standard threshold.

At this level, you can still browse Markets and learn how the platform works. However, Your rate may be lower than the rates available to higher levels on some pairs.

Standard applies when the balance reaches at least 10 USDT.

This is the basic level for users beginning to use a real account. Depending on account conditions, reaching Standard may provide broader access to direct-investment features.

Gold applies when the balance reaches at least 5,000 USDT.

Gold accounts may receive a better Profit Rate than Standard on certain pairs. This level may suit users who invest more regularly and want improved investment conditions.

VIP applies when the balance reaches at least 20,000 USDT.

VIP accounts may receive additional benefits compared with Gold, including a higher Profit Rate on some market pairs. Compare Your rate with Max to determine whether your account is receiving the highest available rate.

Prestige applies when the balance reaches at least 50,000 USDT.

This is the highest level in the current account-level table. Prestige accounts may receive the best available Profit Rate conditions on many market pairs.

What is the difference between Your rate and Max?

Section titled “What is the difference between Your rate and Max?”

A market card may display:

  • Your rate: the Profit Rate currently applied to your account.
  • Max: the highest Profit Rate available for that pair.

If Your rate equals Max, your account is currently receiving the highest available rate for that pair.

If Your rate is lower than Max, you may need to reach a higher account level to receive a better rate.

Assume a market pair displays:

  • Your rate: 88%
  • Max: 91%

This means that your current account receives an 88% Profit Rate. The pair’s maximum rate is 91%, but your account does not currently receive it.

If your account reaches a higher level, Your rate may increase, depending on the current BrokerIG policy and product configuration.

Note: A higher Profit Rate does not guarantee a profitable investment. It only affects how profit is calculated when an investment succeeds.

To upgrade, increase your USDT balance until it reaches the threshold for the Next Level.

Basic steps:

  1. Open My Wallet or Dashboard to review your current balance.
  2. Check the Current Level and Next Level.
  3. Compare your balance with the required threshold.
  4. If appropriate, open Deposit and deposit additional USDT.
  5. After the deposit is credited, the platform recalculates the account level according to the current thresholds.

Use this calculation:

Additional balance required = Next Level threshold - Current Balance

Example:

If your balance is 3,000 USDT and you want to reach Gold, the Gold threshold is 5,000 USDT.

5,000 - 3,000 = 2,000 USDT

You need approximately 2,000 USDT more to reach Gold.

If your balance is 18,000 USDT and you want to reach VIP, the VIP threshold is 20,000 USDT.

20,000 - 18,000 = 2,000 USDT

You need approximately 2,000 USDT more to reach VIP.

You can review account-level information in the following areas:

  • Dashboard: normally displays the Current Level, Upgrade Progress, and Next Level.
  • My Wallet: displays the current USDT balance.
  • Markets: displays the rate applied to each pair through Your rate.

If you have just deposited funds, wait until the deposit is completed and the balance is updated before checking the level again.

You may consider a higher level when:

  • You use direct investment regularly.
  • You want a better Profit Rate on more pairs.
  • You plan to maintain the required balance.
  • You understand the risks and are not depositing more than you can afford.

Do not deposit additional funds only to reach a higher level if you do not yet understand the product or have no fund-management plan.

  • Account level is based on the USDT balance, not only on the number of investments.
  • If the balance falls, the account level may change when the system recalculates the current balance.
  • Profit Rates may differ by pair, even for the same account level.
  • Max is not necessarily applied to every account.
  • Deposits may require blockchain confirmations and processing time before the balance updates.

Is the account level upgraded automatically after a deposit?

Section titled “Is the account level upgraded automatically after a deposit?”

Normally, after the deposit is confirmed and the balance updates, the platform recalculates the account level according to the applicable threshold. If the level does not update immediately, refresh the page or check again after the deposit is completed.

Does a higher level guarantee more profit?

Section titled “Does a higher level guarantee more profit?”

No. A higher level may provide a better Profit Rate when an investment is profitable, but it does not guarantee that every investment will be profitable.

Should I deposit enough to reach Prestige?

Section titled “Should I deposit enough to reach Prestige?”

Only deposit an amount appropriate for your financial circumstances and accepted risk. A higher level may offer a better rate, but direct investment still involves the risk of losing the Investment Amount.
